Toggle to permanently disable authorship coloring.

Just need a simply check-box that stops coloring authorship. It also would be nice to be able to clear authorship without a confirmation.

This can be passed with a parameter ?noColors=true

IE http://willyou.typewith.me/p/test?noColors=true
